Bexhill on Sea

This 1947 poster shows the view east along The Promenade with the De la Warr Pavilion in the foreground and St Leonards beyond. The Pavilion was built in 1935 and is one of the finest examples of Art Deco architecture in Britain. It benefited hugely from restoration and upgrading between 2003 and 2005 .
