This is a1939 poster for Southern Railways and again emphasises the night life and excitement ,with the warmth of this southern resort , but amongst rural surroundings – the best of both worlds !

And yes , it really is printed as “ wormth “ so either someone didn’t proof read the poster before it went to press , or that’s actually how it was spelt in 1939 !
