Cheltenham Spa
Cheltenham developed in the 18 th and 19 th Centuries as a spa town after mineral springs were found there in 1716 .
This is a very unusual and dramatic poster produced jointly by GWR and LMS in 1935, with its stylised rendition of the Devil’s Chimney.
