The Irish Mails

This is a fabulous and classic 1930 LMS Poster of the Mail Train to Ireland which crossed the Menai Straights between Anglesey and the Welsh Mainland.

There are two bridges over the straights , the suspension bridge carrying the A5 Roadway , and what was originally the Tubular Bridge , ( see poster number 64149 ) now replaced by the present structure , carrying the railway and the A55 Roadway above it.

Artwork by Bryan de Grineau

Code number 63920

The outside dimensions of these posters are 70cm x 50cm
