This is a very atmospheric GWR poster issued in 1938.

The artist uses Tower Bridge as a backdrop to the Tower of London in the foreground , with buildings on the south bank of the Thames stretching to the horizon . He uses moonlight to accentuate the silhouette of the bridge.
