Norwich
Standing in the shadow of the Cathedral is the Tombland / Elm area of the town. There are some ancient buildings here including Augustine Steward’s house dating from 1530 . After a hugely destructive fire in 1507 much of this area was rebuilt and there are more genuine Tudor buildings in this part of Norwich than in the whole of the City of London.
