HMS Victory – Portsmouth

This iconic 1937 Southern Railways Poster of Nelson’s Flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805 , is the face of Britain’s Navy personified .

She was built at Chatham Dockyard between 1759 and 1765 and carried 104 guns . You can visit and go on board the ship in the dockyard today .
