This is a 1930's LNER Poster of Ripon Cathedral shown from above. Unusually , it was painted from an aerial photograph by AEROFILMS Ltd. It is one of Britain’s smallest cathedrals but at the same time, one of the tallest , making it feel like some of the loftiest cathedrals in France
