This is a 1920's LMS Poster for this World famous and magnificent Hotel set amongst the mountains of Perthshire. It was originally built by the Caledonian Railway Company. Many hotels were built and run by Railway Companies to encourage customers to take a “ Package “ of transport and travel – the fore- runners of the present“ package holiday “ .

It was then taken over by London Midland and Scottish Railways .

In it's day , it rightly claimed to be like a Palace, and is still one of the great Hotels in the World.
