This is a study in relaxation on the North Berwick Golf Links.

Frank Newbould studied at the Bradford College of Art and was soon spotted by the LNER publicity department and commissioned to produce a whole series of striking posters . The style of this one won him medals and prizes in several poster competitions .This poster was issued by LNER in about 1930.
