The Village of Luccombe on the edge of Exmoor nestles beneath Exmoor’s Highest Point , Dunkery Beacon at 1750 ft.

St Mary’s church , built in red sandstone has some sections which date from around 1300. This is a 1950’s poster issued by BR and belongs to those magical few ,created from original paintings which were issued just before railway and holiday poster advertising moved over to using the photographic medium.
